Surah Al-Ikhlas is the 112th Surah of the Holy Quran which consists of 4 verses. This surah is equal to one-third of the Quran and this Surah was revealed in Makkah.
Whoever understands and believes in its teachings will be completely free from physical and spiritual ailments.
Importance and Benefits of Surah Al-Ikhlas
The prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) ordered me to recite Al-Mu’awwidhatain at the end of every prayer (Salat).
its narrated by Abu Sa’id Al-Khudri (RA) that:
A man heard another reciting Surat Al-Ikhlas over and over again. The next morning he came to the prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) and informed him about it as if he considered it to be of little reward. On that, the prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said, “By Him in Whose Hand my soul is, this Surah is equal to one-third of the Quran.”Its narrated by Uqbah bin Amir:

Importance and Benefits of Surah Al-Kafirun
It narrated by Farwah bin Nawfal (RA) that:
when he came to the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) and said: “O Messenger of Allah, tell me something that I may say when I go to my bed.” So Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: “Recite: Say: ‘O you disbelievers Suran Al-Kafirun’ for verily it is a refusal of Shirk.”

Whoever recites it and believes in its teachings will be protected from black magic and the evil eye.
Please Note that Surah al-Falaq (113) and Surah al-Nas (114) are among the two surahs seeking refuge in Allah. These Surahs were revealed together, hence the common name of both is Mu’awwidhatayn (Mauzatain).

4th Qul An-Nas (Mankind) – 114
Surah An-Nas is the 114th Surah of the Holy Quran which consists of 6 verses and this surah is revealed in Makkah. In this Surah, refuge is sought from Allah.
Whoever recites it and believes in its teachings will be protected from Jinn and evil (shaitan).
Importance and Benefits of Surah An-Nas
Its Narrated by Hazrat Aisha (RA):
Whenever prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) became sick, he would recite Al-Mu’awwidhatain (Surat Al-Falaq and Surat An-Nas) and then blow his breath over his body. When he became seriously ill, I used to recite these two Surahs and rub his hands over his body hoping for its blessings.
